In group therapy, people with similar experiences and a shared goal come together: to create positive change. It can be incredibly helpful to realize that you are not alone in your struggles, as you often see yourself reflected in others. With open exchange and my guidance, new paths to solutions can be discovered and tried out. This form of therapy not only connects you with like-minded individuals but also encourages mutual support and motivation through shared experiences.
In the group, you will learn to better understand yourself in a safe environment and often gain a fresh perspective on your situation. Targeted questions and exercises will help you become more self-aware. You’ll learn how others perceive you and develop skills to express your emotions and needs more clearly. Through the group dynamic, new ways out of illness or challenging situations can emerge.
After our initial contact, I will begin with an individual session to better understand your situation and discuss whether and how group therapy might benefit you.
