After your initial contact, I will do my best to offer you an appointment for an initial consultation as soon as possible. This meeting serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other personally. Together, we will explore your concerns and discuss the changes you wish to achieve. You will also gain an initial impression of my approach. During this session, we can begin to explore potential solutions and discuss them in detail.
* I offer both in-person and online therapy.
Ecclesiastes 3:1
In individual therapy or counseling, it’s just the two of us in my practice.
In a safe and supportive environment, I offer you my time, expertise, and empathy to work together on finding new solutions for you.
In couples therapy, the three of us meet in my practice. Having a neutral person to facilitate, provide helpful feedback, and offer guidance often opens up new ways for you and your partner to communicate—more structured, respectful, and calm.
Just as people are unique and diverse, so are families. The challenges families face can also be varied, and because family members are often deeply connected, misunderstandings or conflicts within the family can be incredibly painful.
In group therapy, people with similar experiences and a shared goal come together to create positive change. It can be incredibly helpful to realize you’re not alone with your challenges, as you often see yourself reflected in others.
